The staff has been good so far, as long as I walk in. Every time I deal with them over the phone, it is useless!
I left the nurses a message this morning around 8:30 AM and to this point no one has returned my call. What's the purpose of having a nurse available on call if she WILL NOT be available? The other really bad part is when you speak to appointment desk. I've spent a minimum of 10 minutes on hold, waiting for someone to either change my appointment or schedule me in...EVERY TIME! Not ONCE have I waited less than 10 minutes.
I get the impression that they only care for the patients that walk in because those are the ones they make money off of. I don't want to go to the ER and pay an arm and a leg, just so that they tell me that the symptoms I'm having are normal! That's what the triage nurses are for!
They lack good customer service. :-/
