We took our 95 Lincoln town car in because our headlights were not working. We felt there was a fuse out. There is a fuse panel right under the dashboard on the drivers side. After waiting from 10 AM until 12:30 we were told that they couldn't find the problem and would have to take the steering colloum apart and take out the dash to get to the problem. At this point we paid 50.00 dollars because they said it was $85.00 an hour and they had already spent 30 minutes working on the car. At this point my husband said pay them the $50.00 bucks and we are leaving. The Assistant Manager was not very friendly. It seemed that the whole crew didn't really care about our concerns and I sure had no confidence that anyone I met knew what they were doing. We have used Walt's several times before and were happy with the service and the concern by the mechanics and the Mananger. I did not see any of those people at the shop this time. These new people really suck and we won't be back because there is a real lack of professionalism and customer care which leads one to believe the service will not be top notch. There was 3 other customers all of waited a long period of time to get service and the rest of the customers were as unhappy with the service as we were. This is no way to run a business.
