I had an exceptional experience in a retail store from a customer service representative by the name of Mr. Sam Pope. I have been doing a lot of painting, and Sam helped me sign up for a Home Depot Card to obtain 10% off the purchase price, and he signed my up for the Pro Plan, since that is part of my business as an interior designer. I made a large purchase the day before, and I received an additonal 20 dollar customer satisfaction off of that purchase. Sam was professional, courteous, and he had the knowledge to help a customer. Kudos's to Mr. Sam Pope for his excellent service and representation of Home Depot.
