It's not too often you can highly recommend a business. This is a business that values it's customers.
At Christmas time I parked at US Airport parking for the first time. I dropped off my car at there lot. There personal took my bags loaded them onto the shuttle and I was off to the airport in no time.
When I arrived back at the airport after Christmas late (around 11:00 pm) I got on the shuttle and back to my car in no time. The service was polite and professional. Upon arriving at my car things went a bit wrong for me as my car seemed to have been the target of a squadron of birds. It was covered in bird droppings. I wasn't happy.
The next day I wrote an email to Airport Parking. Mark the manager promptly answered my email and expressed that he was sorry that my car got hit like that. He offered me some free parking and offered to wash my car on my next visit.
True to his word on my next trip to the airport I used there service. My car was washed (extremely well. I think they may of even waxed it). I was overly impressed that a business would go to this extent to make a previously disappointed customer happy.
All I can say is that they've converted me to a lifetime customer. I now recommend them to my friends and coworkers
