We woke up that morning to find out that our water heater had finally given out. I looked for various places to come out and Roto-Rooter was the first place to come out. Our tech, William, was very polite and explained the entire process to us. He was able to get the entire job done in a timely fashion and exceeded our expectations. He told us everything he was going to do, and always made sure to keep us up to date on his progress. We're in the process of selling our house, so it was great to have William come out and get the job done quickly and all in one day. We'll definitely recommend them to our friends.
