10 years after buying my custom (special order) leather Lazy Boy recliners, I called Mathis Brothers because the reclining mechanism was broken on one of them. Lazy Boy chairs have lifetime repair for free of mechanical parts! Soooooooo, Mathis Brothers said that I could bring it to the store and they would fix it for free, or pay a small price for pick-up/delivery of the chair from my house. I opted the pick-up and delivery. Never had any problems with them on this, they were very very helpful. I wasn't forced to come up with receipts or dates of purchase or anything like that. It was just an easy done deal.So, while I am frustrated at times with the salespeople in the store and the hassle of shopping there, I am very pleased with the customer service 10 years later. I will buy from them again. more
