Got windows installed, and then any rain poured into basement ruining carpet. Had them out several times spraying water on windows and watching water come in but they scratched their heads. They finally replaced two windows, basically jimmyrigging them, and yep, still water coming in. I had another window installer check and said window frames werent right. Sent letters and called OBrien and of course they said they would replace all windows if we spent $5K on independant testing...PIECE OF CRAP OWNER AND COMPANY, BUY BEWARE!
