I had Roto Rooter come out to install a battery back-up Sump Pump to alleviate any possible flooding if the power goes out. Not only was the technician very knowledgable, he was the nicest guy. He took his time, did it right, took the time to explain everything to me, and was good conversation. He didn't even mind that I stood over him to ""kind of"" learn the process. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter, if not for the widely known name, then for the customer service and ""TYPE"" of people they employ and send not only to your house, but to your home. I'm extremely satisified with the work and company. Thanks!
