Made some serious mistakes on our fireplace glass door installation (first two didnt even fit; not even close!) Third door fit, was the wrong color, he offered to paint it. Sounds good right? Guess again. He painted it a shiny black color and then attempted to ""touch up"" our flat black fireplace frame with black shiny paint. It looks terrible! We told him we were dissatisfied and he told us ""he isnt a painter and that he has done all he can...."" What?! Its screwed up and we are not satisfied - how can he walk away like that?! We paid approx $699 for the doors (and his labor) and the fireplace looks worse than before! If you need professional level fireplace work done, GO ELSEWHERE!
