I have never been so impressed with a mortgage company in my entire life and I've probably gotten at least 7 mortgages in my life time. I was referred by my neighbor and boy was he right. A great company to work with. I read some of the other remarks posted here and it inspired me to write this review about TILA. I asked my loan officer about them and he told me that the bad ones were written by a couple of competitors of TILA. If you need to guess who they are, they were dumb enough to recommend their company in their posting. Desperation makes people do weird things! Anyway, I have nothing but good things to say about TILA and I will refer friends and family.
