I finally decided to replace my windows and had three salesmen come over and give me quotes. There was 50% difference from the lowestr to the highest and they all had the ""best windows."" I went with Universal Windows because they were the only ones I didn't feel pressured by. Doug, the owner, showed me what my choices were, how much it would cost and gave me a no bull price. The installation went so smoothly, I decided to replace my sliding doors too!
