Unfortunately I had to enlist their services b/c I was rear-ended in my brand new 2011 Toyota Highlander. DCH Toyota referred me to City Auto Body Automotive in Simi Valley. When I arrived, Karl Norheim gave me a quick quote and repair time. He promptly emailed the information to me.
State Farm insurance was responsible for the damage. When I brought my car in for the repair, Karl greeted me with a warm welcome and introduced me to the in-house State Farm rep. It was great! The repair was perfect (brand new bumper) and completed right on schedule.
The level of customer service was outstanding. They really made a bad situation quite pleasant. I strongly recommend them for any body repair work!
