I have purchased a ceiling fan based on wrong information provided by the manufacturer to Galleria and then by them to me. In over a month of working with them to get it replaced, they NEVER - not ONCE - kept a promise to call me back when they have new information. I have to keep calling back and being told that, oh yeah, here is what happened last week. Yesterday I talked to another person, who swore up and down that she will make sure that the person who's handling my problem will call me back as soon as he's done talking to a customer. Again, no call.
