I went to eat at Los Cucos with my girlfriend and the experience was awful. We waited 10 minutes for the chips and salsa to find its way to our table, another 10 for our drinks to arrive, and had to find our own silverware. By the time the food made it to our table we had been sitting for close to an hour and were just ready to leave. We got the food to go and in the car had the crazy idea to check it to make sure it was right...well guess what, it wasn't. There was ground beef all over my girlfriend's vegetarian dish. I went back inside to talk to a manager in order to get a refund for our complete waste of time. This task took almost another 10 minutes, and he only gave us back half of what we paid. It was at this moment we both decided that it was a miracle that we had gotten that much back and left with at least a little money in our pockets. Awful service.
