Do not purchase from Towson Medical Equipment (AKA All Medical Equipment). I purchased a Stair Lift, the installers were smoking around my home. When I complained, the owner suggested my wife, who is allergic, LEAVE the house. In other words, his employees have a right to smoke that is more important than my wife??s health. A defect required a replacement part. The installer could have had the lift working with a temporary part, however, when I refused to make the final 10% payment until everything was complete, including the correct part, he left, leaving the lift disassembled. The owner said I could wait an indeterminate amount of time until the part arrived, then make the final payment, and they'll then finish the installation. The owner??s actions clearly shows that once he has the bulk of your money - the customer and customer service mean NOTHING to him (and by extension ?? to his company). Once he has the bulk of your money, you mean nothing to him.
