We had a wonderful experience at the Staples on Rancho Carmel, San Diego. We are vacationing and were concerned that we had picked up a virus in our laptop. We took it in to the tech department in the morning and it was finished by evening. Because there were no viruses, there was no charge. They were so pleasant and helpful and even gave us some suggestions for places to see while we are in this area. Extremely friendly and I would recommend them highly.
