I travel over a 5 state area for business and frequently visit Fedex Kinkos locations throughout the 5 states. I live in Nashville, and am forced to use this location frequently. Overall experience at most Kinko locations is an A+, but this seems to get worse with every visit, and I would give it a generous D-. Overall extremely busy, understaffed, frequently does not have orders ready when promised, and more often than not, the employees do not seem to be concerned with any of these issues. While there are a few helpful employees, many come across as rude and frustrated if you ask them a question.
