I took our dog in to be neutered, I had discussed the price of the procedure, even signed a form stating what was going to be done and how much. When I picked my animal up they had done another procedure without my consent and charged me for it. I talked to the multiple people at the office and finally talked to one of the Vets. It was made clear to me that this was not a high ticket item so they didn't feel that it was a big deal to call me. The sad part is I would have gone along with the procedure; all I was looking for was a heads up and common courtesy. I did ask for my money back for the procedure, they said they would send out a refund and I still have not seen it two months later.
