In 1978 our daughter was born and shortly thereafter our washing machine broke beyond repair. Needing a new one quickly we went to Young's, selected one, and went home. Later that day the salesman called and said I have some bad news and good news. The bad news is we can't get the exact model that you wanted. The good news is we will upgrade you to the next model at no extra charge.. That started a 30+ year relationship with Young's Appliances. Needless to say, we do shop price when looking for appliances, but always end up buying at Young's.
Most recently we had trouble w/ a refrigerator we bought 2.5 years ago. Jeff (the best tech I ever came across) came out tried to fix it but decided that it needed repairs from the manufacturer (compressor) as it was still under warranty. Their serviceman came out 4 times and finally fixed it. During the whole fiasco (1 month+) we used a loaner refrigerator provided by Young's at no charge.
The great service, competitive pricing, and overall personal attention have won us over time and time again for those 30+ years. GREAT JOB, YOUNG'S!
