I recently went to this hospital and was very happy with the service I recieved. It was a Saturday and I was from out of town visiting. i stopped in with no apt. There was alot of people waiting. My dog was having problems breathing. The very nice and caring receptionist named Kim took my dog from me and immediatly brought him to the Vet. She then put me in a room- ahead of everyone else and had me fill out paperwork and called my vet to get my records faxed. She was so friendly and caring as well the rest of the staff was. My little dog has heart problems and the Dr gave him medication and is doing very well now. If it were not for this very proffesional staff and their knowledge my pet would have died. I can not thank kim ( I remember her name because my daughter is named Kim) and the caring staff enough!!
