Naturally it can be unpleasant to have to take your car in for unexpected service but everyone, especially Todd, made my experience as painless as possible. It felt like they took a personal interest in me, as a customer. I was kept well informed as to the progrees on my vehicle and given all my options in regard to possible fixes.
