My basement laundry room drain backed up and left a puddle on the floor. It was quite disgusting as I was told that there was food that came from the garbage disposal in the puddle also. I called and made an appointment for Monday morning between eight and ten for them to send someone out to hlep me. They called at 7:30 to ask if it would be too early for someone to be there at 8:15. That was super for me. Giovanni was here by 8:15 and ready to give me an estimate. I know things have gone up in price, but I was rather shocked to find out how much. Giovanni was very polite and sympathetic to my plight. I told him to please fix it and I would be glad to pay as It was needed. He worked for an hour and got the drain unplugged and also snaked a drain in the basement bath tub. He told me that there was a six month guarantee and also gave me some drain cleaner and told me how to use it. I am thankful to have the problem fixed and thankful that Giovanni was so nice and helpful.
