Heed this warning !! The staff here smile to your face but the truth is they are evil people! (Except Kathryn) The place is a mess with aggravation at every turn. The maintenance here is terrible. Your always in disrepair. The noise from one unit to the next is terrible. They allow people to run businesses out of their homes and when there up till 2:30 am banging getting their products together you and your children will have to deal with it. When I moved in here there was a drug addict living upstairs with his felon brother and illegal live in common law wife. I had to have a background check and a credit check. How did these people even get in here? He would literally jump up and down on our heads for 4 months before they finally told them to leave. If he had not been abusive to the staff on the phone making threats they would have done nothing while collecting our rent and his. They take their marching orders from corporate and that's where the attitude starts at GOLDBERG PROPERTIES! The SLUM LORDS OF THE SOUTH.
