My Fiancee purchased my engagement ring and I just got my wedding band at Diamond Chicago. Ihad made an appointment and when I go there they were ready for me. Once I picked out my band I also asked about the men's band my fiancee picked out and held aside. I had asked about what the price was and it took some time to get it. Supposedly one of the bads had the wrong sticker on it and they had to contact the company for the correct pricing. They ended up quoting me a similar ring. When I sat down to start the paper work for my band they could not find my fiancee's history. They had to type everything up on his purchase for my band all over again to get it back on file. Then, they had to type out all my info for the band I was purchasing today. While doing allof this my ring was getting polished and my wedding band was getting sized. They cam back with my rings and the band had been sized too large. It was very strange. Anyways, they fixed it of course. At this point I was not to ecstatic that I had been there over 2 hours and paying for parking by the minute. I had alos mentioned that I had not insured my ring yet and they had to give me an appraisal. At the end of the day I did leave there happy. They care about there customers and want you to keep coming back which we will for sure. Luckily they understood there was an inconvienience and gave me a $50 in store gift certificate. They have the best prices here and you don't have to wait for weeks to get your ring sized and polished. They do truly take care of you. Thank You:)
