After a referral from a friend, my first experience with Diamonds Chicago was a few years ago when I purchased a gift for my mom's 60th birthday. Carlee assisted me in creating a custom birthstone necklace with my budget in mind. An unforgettable experience indeed. Carlee was extremely nice and personable. Little did I know what was coming next. I had told my boyfriend about Diamonds Chicago and he went there for my birthday gift. Soon after, we were both there looking at engagement rings. Wow. Not only is Carlee one of the nicest persons I have ever met, but she is extremely knowledgeable about diamonds! She spent so much time with us, educating us on all aspects of diamonds. She wanted to be sure we knew what we were purchasing! Time has past since those 2 occasions, and today my fiance and I (yes, he asked with the most amazing diamond ring from Diamonds Chicago) looked at wedding bands. There is so much of a selection I couldn't decide! Carlee was very helpful in directing me to what would look good with my diamond. After we looked at bands for 2 hours, Carlee took another 2 hours with me to help me find something nice for my bridesmaids.
