I saw Theresa Hoffmann today after many long and painful phone calls to other salons in the area. I made my appointment yesterday and they were very polite and courteous over the phone. I believe I was speaking with the Manager, and he was very helpful and booked me. I arrived early and was met with smiles and hot chocolate! I was then seen and listened to, I was worried, since I have had bad experiences before with salons, and I had not had my hair cut in over a year because of that; anyways.. we talked and Theresa was very sweet and patient with my blabbering, and my end result was perfect. I wasn't rushed, she took her time, and listened to everything I said or asked about. She was wonderful, the service was wonderful, the atmosphere was wonderful. I wish my hair to grow quickly so I may return!
