I wouldn't recommend Beth Sears as your attorney. She told a client one thing, even wrote it in the paper agreements and signed, but when it came to court, NOTHING was fought over or mentioned like she said she would. She later told a citizen of the community that she NEVER was going to "fight", they didn't pay enough money. Well that's NOT what she told her client, that's a LIAR in many people's book.
Not a fan of liars, so if you aren't either or you simply want HONEST justice then go elsewhere for lawyer.
