Terrible customer service! There is a reason they are the cheapest - If you don't mind being surrounded by angry non-speaking English people, this place is not so bad. There was no real explanation on what to do because of the communication barrier. Just smile and nod your heard. The first thing I noticed is that the Parking lot is not covered, your car is exposed to the elements, that's probably why they are the cheapest, you get what you pay for. The staff looked like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. When you return from a long plane ride, you just want to get home ASAP without any problems. When we arrived and tried to call them, we were not able to get a hold of a real person, just the prompted recorded message. We just waited for the shuttle to pick up someone else and jumped on. After they pick you up and you return to the lot, they expect you to find your own car in the parking lot. No valet service I was hoping that our car was still there, something you shouldn't have to worry about, they didn't have much security. I will probably use them again only because of the price, but like I said, you get what you pay for. The next time I will ask more questions on the complete procedure.
