The experience was great. It was refreshing to arrive at a place of business where the employees (every single one of them) actually treated the customers as people of value. From the receptionist, to the mechanics, each one of them had the type of attitude needed to keep customers coming back. I was so glad to hear that they provide customers with free diagnostics because we thought we needed a new transmission, but found out it was the clutch that needed to be replaced. That saved us about half the money we were expecting to pay. They gave us a quote and stuck to it. The price was reasonable and there were no hidden fees at the time of pick up. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
