I am and have been a client at royalton road animal hospital for quite some time now. I was in the office the other day while my dog was in surgery, and while I was there the manager was yelling and screaming at one of her employees to the point when the employee walked by me she was in tears, and made me very uncomfortable! This isnt the first time I have been in there and this has happened! This Manager lady is always standing around doing nothing at all and all she does is yell and scream. This is not the way business should be run especially when there are "clients" in the building. I will no longer be taking my animals to this facility anymore and have recommended several of my friends to do the same. I have since found another hospital to take my animals to, where the environment is more friendly and less gloomy. I will also be making a report to the BBB. This is ridiculous.If I could have given them a 0 i would have but 1 is as low as it will let me.
