I recently had a service done at La Ritz that I wasn't too pleased with, but instead of letting a disgruntled customer leave, they gave me a "do over" with another employee and OMG it was amazing!!!! They have many certified therapists on their staff and just because I didn't connect with the first person, the second person was perfect for me. I am so glad I chose to give this spa a second chance, and that they worked so hard to make sure that I was happy with my services and really got the quality that I was looking for. My advice to anyone that has this issue with any place is don't be so quick to judge. Give it another shot if you're not quite satisfied. You don't always mesh with some people, but they're always someone out there that you can connect with. You just have to give it another try.
