Well, what can I say; I have very mixed feelings about this place. When I first went in and delt with Dr. Wagner I was very happy, I felt that he was very friendly, professional, and did a great job answering all my questions. I left there feeling like I had found my new place for all my eye exams. Although Dr. Wagner did an excellent job in making me feel confident and comfortable I doubt I will be returning. When I went back to pick up my contacts there was a small misunderstanding about what I was supposed to be getting. The girl at the front desk was EXTREMLY RUDE, cut me off while I was trying to explain to her my problem, and even turned her back on me while I was talking and walked away! I was so insulted and offended by this very unprofessional behavior that I doubt I will be giving them a second chance. I am curious; does his rude staff realize that there are several other opticians right there in the mall? Sorry Dr. Wagner, you need to make sure that your staff is treating your customers as well as you are.
