We have had BH cable for many years and the problems get more & more 24/7 service a joke. I have had a DVD box issue for months. Went and changed 4 boxes. Call Wednesday and can't have the problem checked until Saturday. BH will issue credit for those days for about $3.00 what a joke. Where is the 24/7 come in
