I took my RX 350 for 30K maintenance. First, the young lady told me I had a 400h and that's why she was charging more than what I was quoted. I think I know what I drive...she proceeded to correct the invoicing. She told us it would take about 1 1/2 hours. 3 hours later, I asked if car was ready as no one every came to let us know of status. Lo and behold the car was ready. They then proceeded to charge us again for service on a 400h...they corrected it. Did not offer apology or explanation as to why it took so long. I was so disappointed in their customer service that I will not be returning.
