I went into this store looking for a mattress, the sale associate that attended us was nice and assured us to the quality of the mattress. Well from day 1 the mattress has been horrible and not at all the same quality of the mattresses on display. And do they have a return policy? NOOO!!! They're making us go through the waranty policy. Did that work? NOOO!!! They're exact words were, "The mattress is not sagging enough". So i have to pay hundreds of dollars to simply exchange it. Horrible customer service!!! So beware of signing anything at LFD. Even better, though, just avoid the place!!!
