My son was having an anxiety attack at their front door, they had not opened yet, the staff came out and said they would open in 10 minutes and I could go down the road to the ER or call 911, well, by the time they finally saw how serious it was, he was practically unconscious--they staff was horrible, the other patients waiting inside were shocked and then they had the audacity to actually change me for the visit!! I had called 911 and they arrived and transported us to Waterman Hospital in Tavares--I will never ever step a foot in that building--they staff is simply horrible. They will not return any of my calls regarding the above, so that says alot to me--they are not professionals--all of them from front desk, nurses to the physcians all need some help!!!
