Not too happy. My wife's Pathfinder required a relay recall. Made an appointment 8am and left the car to get this fixed. Asked how long it will take I was informed 2-3hrs. Came home. Nobody called once the car was fixed. I made a call at 12:30pm and told them I need a ride back. Had to wait two more hours before I got my ride back eventhough I live two exit away from the car dealer. \r Hope the customer service department are more considerate since I had other errands to take care of including my doc's appointment.\r Thanks,\r Vj more
