My wife and I purchased several pieces of furniture from BiltRite in the recent past. We were quite pleased with the level of service we received from the staff. We worked closely with Randi, one of the owners, and she was very willing to assist us in choosing furniture that best suited our needs. In fact, she even stopped by our condo to view the space before making recommendations....not exactly customary for a furniture store to make a house call.\r

We were equally impressed when our furniture was delivered. The delivery team was extremely courteous, professional and very careful not to damage the furniture or our new condo. This company is serious about client experience as is shows in every aspect of their business. It's so refreshing to work with people who are passionate about what they do! If you're in the market for new furniture, I would certainly recommend you give them a chance to WOW you as they did us.
