For those times when we feel like tasting excellent food but with a contemporary flair, Opah has been our favorite choice now for nearly a decade. Opah has a terrific selection of both sea and turf, but also specializes in the most delectable salads. It's a shame they closed the one in Rancho Santa Margarita, as this was our favorite because of the quiet atmosphere and fun with our friends in south county. Regardless, the Irvine site is right next door and they have one in Aliso Viejo as well. No matter which when you visit, you are guaranteed the very finest in contemporary cuisine.
