Jessica provided excellent customer service. She was extremely helpful & pleasant (even though I arrived 20 minutes before the store closed). I never felt rushed. She looked up information for me in the catalog and even called the owner to get answers to a couple of my questions. I am definitely going to order my new racket from this store because of the wonderful experience I had. You 've got a great employee!
