I have NEVER, in my long & well traveled life, been treated with such DISRESPECT. The office manager, who also seems to answer the phone regularly, is RUDE & condescending. NO customer service skills whatsoever. NONE. Refused to even let me speak. Kept talking over me, not answering any of my questions or addressing any concerns. I cancelled my appointments and took the money loss. (My husband had already paid for services). She was actually yelling at me on the phone so I hung up on her. I tried to communicate in email and she was , yet again, incapable of communicating. Did not address ANY of my concerns and was RUDE & HORRIBLE.
I am generally an easy going person and NOT high maintenance, so I didn't instigate the prickly psycho behavior from her. I noticed a lot of similar complaints about her on YELP.
I will never know how the back office/treatments are. I couldn't even make it past the front desk without feeling completely UNWELCOME & insulted.
I'm taking my business to AZIZ where they actually make you feel cared for and welcome & will answer ALL your questions and concerns. What a concept for a spa!
I gave 1 star because there isn't a choice for 0 or negative stars. I hope the karma police are on this one. She needs a lesson in basic human kindness and communication.
