When I called regarding a legal matter the legal assistant / intaker was chewing food while taking my information. I was then directed to an adjuster who took more of my information regarding my claim. I did not even get to tell him all of my information and was told an attorney would contact me back possibly that day or the next. I NEVER was contacted back. I am not sure if this law firm just does not care about people or if their attorneys are just not knowledgeable. I had specific questions that I needed answered about my case. It’s possible that this firm just does not have that level of expertise!!
