My heater quit on a Saturday. I called Jerry at Northwest heating & cooling,Inc. Although he was booked he made time to come over and make sure we had heat. His service was fantastic. Our heater issue was very minor and he corrected it quickly. He also charged us a reduced fee unlike the other companies. In short, he is absolutely honest and trustworthy, very kind and polite and knows his business. Very highly recommended.
