Not sure about the other reviewers that have posted on here but Huron Towers has been a great place to live for the past 2 years. I had some doubts reading the on-line reviews when I was looking to move to Ann Arbor, but was very glad I stopped by and took a look. The building location is GREAT. Right on the river with direct access to the trails, sport fields and the arboretum.... this is premium. All of my friends drive here and park in our lot to utilize the access to the parks. Grocery and restaurants are just across north campus (5 minutes) and the access for anyone working at U of M medical campus or the VA is unmatched. Many of the units are now renovated with new cherry wood kitchens and appliances in stainless steel. Maintenance has been excellent. Parking is undercover for a fee or free on the surface lot. There is always parking for friends and family to visit. The balconies on a corner unit are vast and the views of the river and parks is unbeatable in Ann Arbor. Since I mo
