I have heard nothing if not great reviews for the Women's Health Group in Manhattan, KS. Unfortunately every single experience I have had with the Staff and Doctors have left me near or in tears. This practice does not give one the sense of security and well-being I have known at prior OB-GYN offices. Appointments are nearly impossible to get; with waits upwards 3-4 months minimum. Assistance is not forthcoming thru the staff or the nurses and every phone call has been abysmally short in customer support or caring. Having been assured medications would be filled, I found myself going back to prior OBGYNs to assist me when nurses refused to discuss refills as directed by the doctor. No explaination of processes is provided and responses to questions have been crass if not, down right rude. I am unhappy to say that this is not an office I would recommend to anyone hoping to have a good Doctor/Staff/Patient relationship.
