The beautiful thing about Getty Granite is not just the fact that they are a family owned and operated business but also how honest they truly are. I am a past employee of the business and am familiar with order of the past review. It really hurts me to see someone try to attack a business that did everything possible to try and help a customer in need. Not only did the customer know the final payment was due at install but they had enough nerve to tell the installers they were calling GG with a credit card and told GG they were giving the installers a check. They went on to give excuse after excuse why they were having trouble paying the balance, everything from family member issues to their dog choking on a something. After GG let them know how legally they were told not to accept partial payments the customer did finally send in the final payment.
