Every television set or nutone device ive sent in for repair has come back to me in better condition then i recieved from factory. Ive brought in television sets such as my monsterous Mitsubishi Wd-73c10 (73 inch) which seemed beyond repair at the time but when finished with the repair they didnt just replace/fix the parts in the set i needed but programed the set to exceptional standards then started with. Some items that I brought in the past when quoted were extremely pricey and was told to just move on to a new item and that my deposit orginally paid was then able to be credited to another device. Now who else would take a loss like that to give exceptional customer service. LOVE the place and will be sending all my freinds and family to them for now on. By the way had a horrible time with THE LITTLE GUYS in mokena off of LaGrange Rd, customer service was horrible to say the least, and prices were highly inflated.
