I am not happy with this new page on Jeffersonenergy because I can't pay my bill on line like I used too. Please help now when I get my Soc Sec check my payment will be late if you don't fix the problem for me I have to mail my payment and pray that it gets there on time My husband and I live only on Soc Sec checks and we have to paid are bills as soon as we get this money so please do something about your Jeffersonenergy page just take a look at it no where in that page does it said to paid bill on line.
