Satisfactory. No more and no less. The receptionist and nurse are assets to the company. Their nurse was extremely helpful and understanding when my puppy was crying from the shots. THE VETERINARIAN WAS NOT! He was not helpful or understanding. When I asked questions, it seemed like it was it was a burden for him to answer. I believe vets should educate the parent so we can prevent any sickness. I personally wont return to this vet as the doctor was very impersonal. Also, when they ask for a stool sample, it isn?t part of the average check up ? its extra. Ask about costs before entering the room. Money is not a problem, I would like to know before the bill hits. \r
It was more like a DMV style vet... NEXT!!!
