rented a pickup truck from them and about 2 weeks later we received paperwork from their damages department asking us to fill out details about the accident we had with the vehicle. WE HAD NO ACCIDENT. We did take the personal insurance option so were not really worried about it but still curious as to what this was all about. called the damage department and was told that the wappingers office reported a smashed drivers side front bumper and lights and that we mentioned something about a snow pile. (this never happened, there was no conversation about any damage because there was NO damage when we returned the vehicle). Damage dept told me not to worry about it because we took the insurance, the worst that could happen is in the future we could be denied that type of rental due to prior incidents.
